Location: Texas (Amarillo, Abilene, San Antonio) + Monroe, LA. (Travel Required) Flynn will provide housing accommodation.
Flynn is seeking an experienced Traveling Waterproofing Superintendent to lead field operations across multiple commercial construction projects. Position Summary
The Waterproofing Superintendent is responsible for overseeing all field operations related to waterproofing and building envelopes. This includes managing foremen and crews, coordinating project schedules, ensuring quality installation, and maintaining strict safety compliance.
This is a specialized superintendent role, not a general superintendent position and requires deep knowledge of waterproofing systems, sequencing, and installation best practices.
