Minimum Qualification Requirements: To qualify for this position, you must meet the qualification requirements described below. Specialized Experience: To qualify for the GS-12, you must possess at least one full year of specialized experience equivalent to the GS-11 level in the Federal service, or comparable experience not gained through Federal service. Specialized experience is experience that equipped the applicant with the particular knowledge, skills, and abilities to perform successfully the duties of the position. Applicants qualifying based on specialized experience must demonstrate experience in all of the following areas: Experience collecting, validating, analyzing, and interpreting program or operational data to develop reports, dashboards, or performance metrics used to support management decision-making. Experience planning, tracking, and supporting analytical projects or program assignments by monitoring milestones, coordinating deliverables, and identifying issues requiring management attention. Experience reviewing organizational processes or workflows to identify inefficiencies, compliance concerns, or opportunities for operational improvement and standardization. Experience preparing briefing materials, reports, correspondence, or analytical summaries and coordinating with managers, analysts, or stakeholders to support program operations and implementation activities.
