Additional Information
Location: Upper Changi Road Contract: 2 Years (renewable) Salary: Basic + $50 Communication Allowance Preferred: Singapore Citizen / Singapore PR Working Hours (Rotating Shifts) Shift 1: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM + Alternate Saturday (8:30 AM - 1:00 PM) Shift 2: 8:00 AM - 6:00 PM (No Saturday) Shift 3: 12:00 PM - 10:00 PM (At least twice per month) Saturday: 5.5-day work week (Alternate Saturdays, at least twice per month) All shifts must be performed by individual on a rotational basis. Scope of services Provide 1st Level IT Technical Support to users over phone/On-site on technical issue or via remote assistance tool and emails Escalation, tracking, and resolution of all incident/service requests/ problems in a professional and timely Manner May be required to cover on-site IT support as and when necessary. (After Helpdesk training is completed) Any other administrations where required.
