BMS Project Engineer (M&E Construction / ACMV) - 5 Days [R22107578]

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and support Building Management System (BMS) and Building Automation System (BAS) works for M&E projects
• Review project drawings, control schematics, technical specifications, and BMS documentation
• Coordinate with clients, consultants, contractors, vendors, and project teams on project execution
• Support the integration of BMS with ACMV, Fire Protection Systems, Electrical, ELV, and other building services systems
• Supervise site installation works and ensure compliance with project specifications and quality standards
• Monitor project progress, manpower deployment, material delivery, and installation schedules
• Prepare technical submissions, shop drawings, method statements, and project documentation
• Support testing, commissioning, troubleshooting, and system integration activities
• Assist in resolving technical and site coordination issues throughout project execution
• Maintain testing records, inspection reports, as-built drawings, and operation manuals
• Ensure compliance with workplace safety, quality standards, and project requirements

Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, Building Services Engineering, or related discipline
• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in BMS, BAS, Controls Systems, or M&E building services projects
• Knowledge of BMS controls, DDC panels, sensors, actuators, field devices, and control wiring
• Familiarity with communication protocols such as BACnet, Modbus, KNX, LonWorks, or similar will be an advantage
• Able to read and interpret electrical drawings, control schematics, and technical specifications
• Basic understanding of ACMV systems and building services integration
