Responsibilities

  • Lead customer discovery and validation engagements for the North American market.

Requirements

  • 6+ years of P roduct management experience, in L ogistics , Su pply C hain, and E nterprise SaaS.
  • Proven track record of customer discovery, implementation support, and market validation.
  • Experience using AI to enable the product management function.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Experience working in distributed teams across time zones and in asynchronous methods of global collaboration.
  • Comfortable with ambiguity and fast-paced environments.
  • B ased in the U.S. with working EST timezone .

You will be empowered to help shape the product strategy for North America and drive adoption through customer-centric execution.
