About the role
As a Project Coordinator in the Office of Faculty Affairs and Leadership Development (OFALD), you will play a critical role in supporting the oversight of faculty employment actions, processing contracts, facilitating faculty appointments, and ensuring compliance with institutional policies. You will collaborate with key stakeholders across MCW, including Faculty Compensation, Provost and Dean's offices, Legal, and administrative leaders on all faculty employment-related processes. Primary Responsibilities Manage and oversee the administrative processes for all faculty employment-related matters, including issuing contracts, renewing contracts, pre- and post-employment activities and verification of doctoral degrees, and other employment actions. Create and manage administrative processes for programs using continuous quality improvement principles. Collaborate and provide support for various OFA programs and committees. Oversee current projects and coordinate all team members to keep workflow on track. Ensures appropriate communication across teams, ensuring projects are completed on time and meet high-quality standards. Prepare and develop reports and presentations as required. Foster a sense of teamwork, cooperation, and community within and amongst MCW entities. Knowledge - Skills - Abilities Strong written and verbal communication skills. Requirements
- Appropriate experience may be substituted for education on an equivalent basis.
- Minimum Required Education: Bachelor's degree
- Minimum Required Experience: 3 years
- Physical Requirements
- Work requires occasionally lifting moderate weight materials, standing, or walking continuously.

- Occasional exposure to dust, noise, temperature changes, or contact with water or other liquids. Work is performed in an environmentally controlled environment.
