The Global Talent Acquisition team is central to CRA's success by identifying great talent to join our firm. In this role, you will take ownership for full life-cycle university recruitment, and work closely with the global Talent Acquisition team to coordinate day-to-day operational processes that support the acquisition of top talent. Oversee university recruiting (full-time and internship) for universities in the geography; Work with internal hiring managers and teams to market roles, source and evaluate candidates, and identify attraction strategies; Develop, maintain, and grow relationships with external stakeholders (university personnel, career centers); Manage overall candidate lifecycle and communication (marketing, sourcing, assessment, offer and attraction processes); Support reporting and operations. Create reports and analyze data to evaluate university recruiting efforts, providing data-driven insights on our investments. Proactively research, identify, and communicate market trends; Understand and market CRA's unique value proposition as an employer, suggest and execute cultivation and brand-building events; Coordinate logistics and participate in campus-related events; Coordinate internal recruitment activities for specific internal groups/practices, including customization of interview schedules and recruiting teams; Track all relevant recruiting data within our Applicant Tracking System (Greenhouse); Participate in broader TA projects and initiatives, contribute creative ideas, and provide process improvement suggestions.
