Responsibilities
- Build and manage trusted relationships with assigned clients, serve as the primary contact to ensure a seamless, positive experience.
- Understand client needs, objectives, and challenges to craft tailored indoor plant and landscape solutions, prepare consultative proposals.
- Manage both new and existing accounts to achieve sales targets, driving new-customer acquisition, retention, and revenue growth.
- Negotiate and close deals and capture/resolve customer feedback.
- Collaborate with Operations, Accounts, and the CRS team to coordinate delivery and service, share client insights to improve offerings.
- Monitor, analyze, and report on sales performance to Sales Manager.

- Excellent communication, listening, presentation, and interpersonal skills, comfortable engaging with people at all levels.
- Diploma in landscape or horticulture (or related) with at least 2 years' landscape industry experience.
- Strong analytical mindset, meticulous and effective at problem‑solving.
- Proven negotiation and deal‑closing skills, able to understand client business needs and tailor solutions.
- Comfortable using business systems, especially Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central.
- Strict adherence to established procedures and workflows.
