- Excellent communication, organization, and coaching skills
- Schedule & Work Environment
- Full-time, exempt leadership role.
- Monday-Friday, 8:30am-5:00pm , with flexibility based on client and team needs.
- Participation in an on-call rotation as needed to support the team.
- Primarily office-based in North Bergen , NJ , with routine field visits for supervision, support, and quality oversight.
