Assistant Brand Management Executive

We're lookingfor a Marketing & Events Executive who's equal parts planner,creator, and brand champion . This isn't a sit-behind-the-desk-all-day role. You'll be at the heart of eventaction , working with vendors to create amazing booth designs, producing scroll-stoppingshort content for Red Book , and building marketing collaterals that peoplecan't ignore. If you're detail-obsessed, time-savvy, and confident enough tocarry yourself like the face of the brand-you'll fit right in!

Responsibilities

• Pull together exciting events, roadshows, and exhibitions that deliver impact.
• Partner with contractors and vendors to turn booth layouts and setups into experiences.
• Create and manage marketing collaterals that stand out and scream brand presence.
• Brainstorm and produce fun, authentic short-form content (yes, we love Red Book) .
• Keep our social media channels buzzing with content and engagement.
• Juggle multiple projects, deadlines, and vendor WhatsApp groups like a total pro.
• Be the go-to person for keeping things running smoothly-before, during, and after each event.

Requirements

• 2-4 years of hands-on experience in events, marketing, or brand activations .
• Someone who knows the ropes of vendor coordination, booth builds, and set designs .
• A creative eye for brand visibility (you notice the little things others miss!).
• Familiar with social media trends + experience in Red Book short video creation is a major plus.
• Meticulous by nature, amazing with time management, and thrives under deadlines.
• Confident, well-presented, and comfortable being the face of the brand on the ground.
• A balance of creative brain + organized planner is what makes you tick.
