Position: Regional HR Generalist/HR Manager Location: Tuas (3 bus stops from Joo Koon MRT) Working hours: 5 days, Monday to Friday (8.00am to 5.00pm) Salary (commensurate on experience): Up to $9000 + 14 days annual leave + Variable Bonus Duration: Permanent Industry: Hydraulic equipment -MNC Main Responsibilities: Support full-spectrum HR functions, including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, performance management, compensation and benefits, training, compliance and HR administration. Partner with country managers and hiring managers on recruitment needs, selection processes and offer preparation. Coordinate employee onboarding and orientation programmes, and ensure managers complete proper onboarding for new hires. Act as a key HR contact for employee enquiries and HR-related matters. Support managers in handling performance, conduct, attendance, disciplinary and grievance matters. Coordinate annual performance review processes, goal setting, development plans and performance records. Support benefits administration, payroll coordination and employee data updates with in-country teams and payroll vendors. Assist in salary benchmarking, compensation reviews and employee benefits queries. Maintain HR records, personnel files and employee information in HRIS systems. Prepare HR reports relating to headcount, turnover, absenteeism, recruitment and other HR metrics. Support HR policy implementation, compliance reviews and employee communication.
