Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent work or education related experience
  • Minimum 3 years of mortgage loan sales experience, self-generating mortgage volume of $12 million or greater annually
  • Compliance with SAFE Act legislation, which requires annual registration as a Mortgage Loan Originator (MLO)
  • Expert relationship management, problem resolution, and customer service skills
  • Strong sales, prospecting, and follow-up skills
  • Proficient math skills, with a high degree of accuracy including the ability to perform complex income analysis
  • Proficient verbal and written skills to effectively communicate in the English language

The full Pay Range is $45,032.00 - $79,100.00 annually. At BECU, compensation decisions are determined using factors such as relevant job-related skills, experience, and education or training. Should an offer for employment be made, we will consider individual qualifications. In addition to your salary, compensation incentives are available for the hired applicant. Incentives are performance based and targets vary by role.
