Responsibilities
- Strategy & Insight
- Act as a senior strategic lead across multidisciplinary creative projects and campaigns

Requirements
- 6+ years' experience across copywriting, communications strategy, content strategy or integrated creative roles within an agency or brand environment
- Strong background in messaging development and translating brand positioning into cross-channel communications
- Experience developing communications frameworks, messaging matrices and content ecosystems across customer journeys
- Strong understanding of the relationship between brand strategy, audience insight, creative execution and performance marketing
- Experience shaping creative and content strategies across multiple channels and customer touchpoints
- Experience leading multidisciplinary cre

Job Description Jellyfish is hiring a Creative Insights & Content Director to connect brand strategy, audience insight and creative execution across our client portfolio. Working closely with Content, Creative, Brand Strategy, Media and Data teams, you will help clients translate strategic thinking into scalable, insight-led and AI-powered creative output. We are looking for someone with a strong foundation in both copywriting and strategic communications, with experience developing communications frameworks, messaging systems and creative direction across channels and stages of the customer journey. Your focus will be to shape audience-first content and creative strategies that strengthen brand relevance and improve performance. You will play a visible leadership role across clients and internal teams - shaping creative direction, mentoring talent and helping evolve the Creative Insights & Content capability. This is a hybrid position based out of our NYC office 1-2 days per week with flexibility. The full salary range for this role is between $134,000-150,000 USD, annually, and is based on experience.
