About the role
We are looking for two helpline operators to join the contact centre team in Birmingham, You can find the job advert here . The Helpline Operator's main responsibility will be to answer and deal with calls from clients, scheme members, their representatives, and other organisations in a professional and friendly manner. As part of this role, you will have support from the current team and training will be provided to ensure the speedy response rate to all calls and queries received, always upholding a high standard of customer care. The successful Helpline Operator will ideally have previous Customer Services and Call Handling experience, but we will consider all candidates with excellent communication skills.
