You'd be responsible for the full scope of a cannabis manufacturing site - from the grow and lab through post-processing, packaging, and logistics - with direct accountability for safety, quality, compliance, productivity, and the people who make it all run. You'll own the facility budget, drive continuous improvement, and lead a multilevel team through the complexity and pace of a high-growth operation.
