Supervisor, Environmental Services - Days - Training Focused

Requirements

• Education : High school diploma or equivalency
• Experience : 2 years of experience in commercial or healthcare environmental services or related field; or 2 years supervisory experience in healthcare or related field
• License/ Certification: valid driver's license
• Strong communication and leadership skills
• Passion for teaching, coaching, and developing staff.
• Ability to work Day shift: 7:00am-3:30pm with occasional PM coverage between 3:00pm-11:00pm.

In this role, you will play a key part in ensuring a clean, safe healthcare environment while building a highly skilled and confident team through hands-on training and support. Day to day Responsibilities Include: Lead, coach, and train environmental services staff , ensuring team members are equipped with the knowledge and skills to succeed Provide organizational leadership to a group of environmental services staff and specialists Ensure goals are met in both service and quality and provide HR oversight for the department Daily cleaning as well as projects, carpet and hard surface floor care, waste disposal, and moving services Shift management and scheduling Foster healthy relationships with other leaders as well as promoting those within the department. What's Available: Full time, 1.0 FTE - 40 hours/ week Schedule: Typically Days Monday-Friday 7:00am-3:30pm; However, this role may require occasional PM coverage 3:00pm-11:00pm. Location: Onsite in La Crosse, WI. Starting salary $47,500 and up, based on your years of experience.
