Responsibilities

Requirements

  • Bachelors Human Resources Management, Business Administration or Bachelors Related Field required
  • 4+ Years human resources related experience required
  • Equivalent combination of experience and education which clearly indicates the ability to perform the essential functions of the position may substitute on a year for year basis
  • English proficiency at CEFR B2+ or equivalent, with confidence in professional communication.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
  • Certified Professional (CP) - SHRM preferred

  • Demonstrated ability to build and maintain effective relationships with business partners.
  • Proficiency in HR analytics and metrics, with the ability to drive data-driven decisions.
  • Strategic thinking, problem-solving, and critical reasoning abilities.
