Responsibilities

  • Own the end-to-end SCADA solution for wind power plant projects, ensuring clear definition, execution, and successful delivery

Requirements

  • Degree in Engineering or a related field (e.g., Electrical, Control Systems, SCADA, Computer Science, or similar)
  • Experience as a SCADA Engineer with project management exposure or a Project Manager with SCADA expertise in power/energy environments
  • Good understanding of power systems and electrical infrastructure, including high-voltage (HV) and medium-voltage (MV) equipment such as transformers, switchgear, and STATCOM systems
  • Experience within the wind energy sector or industrial power generation environments is advantageous but not essential, including exposure to power plant controllers, PLCs, servers, and communication protocols
  • Good understanding of cyber security principles in industrial control or SCADA systems (e.g., risk awareness, regulatory considerations, and secure system design) is an advantage

Within this structure, the SCADA Project Management team plays a pivotal role across the full lifecycle of wind power plant projects-from early-stage sales support through construction, commissioning, and into service operations. This role operates at the intersection of technology, commercial decision-making, and project delivery.
