M&E Coordinator

About the role

JOB SCOPE Responsible for executing the company projects in mechanical & electrical works in building construction which covers: Review project specifications and technical clarifications Prepare method statements and check drawing discrepancies Carry out project planning, design, material requisition, cost control, project supervision and documentation Supervise the M & E works and coordinate with client's representatives, consultants and sub-contractors on technical matters Ensure timely and smooth progress of works Ensure quality of works is achieved and safety & environmental regulations are complied with Ensure project activities complied with the Company's ISO system JOB REQUIREMENTS NTC/Diploma/Degree Holders Minimum 5 years relevant experience in supervision of M & E works in building/warehouse construction Use of Autocad would be an advantage Proficient in using Microsoft Office Good communicative skills, able to interact with people of all levels and teamwork
