Responsibilities
- Develop and execute STOXX's LinkedIn strategy, including planning, publishing, and performance tracking
- Create compelling posts, articles, and multimedia content tailored to our target audience.

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree preferably in Digital Marketing, Marketing/Communications, or a related field.
- 3 - 5 years of relevant experience in a digital marketing/social media role. Financial services experience preferred, specifically at an index provider, asset manager or B2B fintech.
- Demonstrated experience in managing and growing social media presence and representing a company's voice through its social profile.
- Strong writing, editing, and visual content creation skills.
- Proficiency in marketing analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics).
- Familiarity with SEO, SEM, and email marketing best practices.
- German and any additional European language preferred
- Experience with CMS platforms (e.g., WordPress).
- Strong video editing capabilities for short-form and campaign content (e.g. Adobe Premiere Pro or similar tools)
- Ability to leverage AI tools to support content development, campaign execution, and workflow efficiency
- Basic graphic design and video production skills (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite - Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro).
- Knowledge of CRM and marketing automation tools (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce).
