Job Details: Job Summary: Report directly to General Manager and oversee hatchery operations. To produce good quality parent stock according to Cobb standard, while ensure timely delivery to customers and attain sales forecast. Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Develop and execute strategic hatchery operational plans . Prepare hatchery report and presentations to the management. Lead team members toward attaining hatchery standards and goals. Inspect periodically setter, hatcher machine and other equipment to ascertain hatching progress. Confer with sales representative parent stock forecast, schedule of settings and deliveries. Develop team members to improve their skills and perform admin function as necessary. Manage and coordinate hatchery activities such as, egg pick-up and deliveries, care, incubation and hatching, grading, vaccination, and preparation and shipping of chicks. Monitor and manage hatchery facility equipment and repairs, addressing maintenance issues. Oversee both hatchery facility on safety and sanitation. Keep a current knowledge of industry trends and information regarding hatchery equipment and operations. Plan and oversee hatchery budget and KPI's . Comply with all company policies, animal welfare guidelines, and local laws and regulations. Execute expansion plans, and support future business growth while maintaining the highest standards of hatchability, chick quality, biosecurity, and operational excellence. Direct supervision of salaried and hourly employees. Perform task that maybe assigned from time to time . Education : Graduate of Bachelor Degree Work Experience: With at least 2 years experience in same industry.
