Monitor community interactions to uphold a positive atmosphere and address any user concerns or disputes effectively. Engage with the gaming community by sharing informative content and updates. Collect and document player feedback to relay insights to the development team for ongoing improvements. Stay informed about the latest trends and releases in the gaming world to provide knowledgeable support. Collaborate with fellow support agents to exchange knowledge and elevate overall service quality. Fluency in Norwegian and English, both written and spoken. A true passion for gaming along with familiarity with popular games and platforms. Experience in customer support or community management is advantageous. Strong communication skills with the ability to empathize with gamers. Excellent problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to assistance. Comfortable using various communication tools and platforms effectively. Ability to work in a collaborative team environment and positively impact the gaming community.
