Responsibilities

• Technical Leadership :
• Lead the architectural design and development of complex, scalable software systems.
• Define technical standards, coding guidelines, and best practices for the engineering team.
• Conduct rigorous code reviews to ensure maintainability, security, and performance.
• Team Mentorship :
• Mentor and coach junior/senior developers to foster professional growth.
• Identify skill gaps within the team and organize knowledge-sharing sessions (Tech Talks).
• Project Delivery :
• Collaborate with Product Managers to break down roadmap items into technical tasks.
• Manage technical debt and balance it with the delivery of new features.
• Required
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• Proven experience as a Technical Lead, Senior Software Engineer, or similar role .
• Strong expertise in system design, architecture, and scalable software development .
• Proficiency in one or more programming languages (e.g., Java, Python, JavaScript, etc.).
