PPF Designer

Responsibilities

• Design and implement PPF patterns for new vehicle models
• Template vehicles at customer locations (dealerships, OEMs, etc.) or at XPEL‑owned facilities
• Test, review, and improve existing PPF patterns where required
• Enter and maintain accurate designs within XPEL's Design Access Program (DAP) system
• Interact with DAP software users and customers as needed
• Provide support on design‑related queries
• Carry out other duties as assigned

Requirements

• A minimum of 5 GCSE's, including English and Maths
• Highly motivated, organised, and detail‑oriented
• Strong work ethic with the ability to manage multiple tasks
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, analytical, and problem‑solving skills
• This role involves significant travel, estimated at up to 50% depending on business needs
• Applicants are required to hold a full, valid UK driving licence and a current, valid passport.
• Professional Paint Protection Film (PPF) installation experience
• Automotive aftermarket or vehicle‑related technical experience
• Salary & Benefits
• £32,000 - £38,000 base salary (medior level), with growth opportunities up to £45,000+ annually
• Eligibility for a 10% quarterly bonus plan
