About the role

Job Responsibilities Data Hub Delivery & Onboarding Execute data onboarding into the Data Hub across multiple domains and countries in line with defined standards and roadmap. Support ingestion (Bronze) and curation (Silver) processes to ensure data is structured for downstream consumption. Work with source system teams and engineers to coordinate onboarding activities end-to-end. Data Integration, Lineage & Metadata Support implementation of data integration standards, including data mapping, transformation, and validation. Contribute to metadata management, data lineage, and data dictionary development using enterprise tooling. Ensure data is traceable, well-documented, and aligned to governance and platform standards. Data Quality & Governance Support Support the implementation of data quality controls, monitoring, and issue remediation processes. Ensure adherence to data governance policies, standards, and regulatory requirements (e.g. BCBS239). Work with Data Governance teams to operationalise lineage, metadata, and stewardship processes. Programme Delivery & Coordination Support delivery of Data Hub initiatives across business, technology, and governance stakeholders. Track progress, dependencies, and risks; support preparation of updates and reporting. Ensure alignment to delivery plans, standards, and timelines. Stakeholder Engagement & Collaboration Work closely with business, data, and technology stakeholders to support onboarding and adoption of Data Hub capabilities. Provide guidance on data standards, onboarding requirements, and data usage. Collaborate with regional and global teams to ensure consistency in data practices. Job Requirements Qualifications & Experience 6-12 years of experience in data management, data engineering, or data platform delivery. Experience supporting Data Hub, Lakehouse, or enterprise data platform initiatives. Understanding of data integration, data modelling, metadata, lineage, and data quality concepts. Familiarity with Databricks, Azure Data Platform, Unity Catalog, Collibra, or similar tools. Experience working in cross-functional, multi-country environments. Exposure to regulatory data requirements (e.g. BCBS239) is advantageous. Strong delivery mindset with ability to execute against defined plans. Good communication skills across business and technical stakeholders. Detail-oriented and structured in approach to data and documentation. Collaborative team player who can work across multiple stakeholders and priorities.
