The Field VM (EAST) role is to work with VM manager to land all types of visual presentations to consumers, in stores, on sites, including but not limited to partner retail stores, DTC stores, event space, showroom, and tradeshow space. Ensure all the VM execution, on time, on brief. Support AM to delivery VM training for both front line store staff, by project, by seasonal. Regular Store visiting is a must, and good communication & reporting, offer professional and persistent improvement proposal, and instore training will be the day-to-day operation. 70% VM standard & guideline Implement in Stores: 1. Take full responsibility of the filed VM execution in the Eastern region. - Collaborate with team members to manage daily VM execution in designated regions - Strictly supervise store window displays, floor fixtures, wall arrangements, mannequin styling, etc. according to global brand VM standards - Conduct monthly store audits (including photo documentation), summarize issues and drive improvements 2. New Store Opening Support Lead VM execution for new/renovated stores: - Participate in floor plan planning and SKU capacity optimization - Review fixture lists and track logistics progress - Conduct on-site setup and staff training 3. Other VM Support - Support VM leader on the order process, payment process accurately according to company requirements. - Support VM leader in planning and execution for Tradeshow / Expo / Roadshow, etc; 20% Improvement Plan & Tailored Training 1. Problem Diagnosis & Improvement Solutions - Produce monthly Regional VM Execution Report based on store audit data - Propose display optimization solutions for special situations like high inventory products 2. Store Empowerment Implementation - Organize monthly regional training sessions (including certification) - Provide monthly remote/on-site guidance to problematic stores 3. Support VM Leader On Training System Development - Execute according to the annual VM training plan - Support VM leader on training materials by channel (direct retail/wholesale/outlets) - Support VM leader on training tools (instructional videos/VR modules/practical manuals) 10% Communication & Maintain VM works/data info for the stores (focus on the eastern region) Well Record and manage the data / info related to stores, including store counts, instore props qty, and all the sizes; keep close contact with sales / construction teams, to ensure the info keep updating and correct - Coordinate with retail/merchandising/marketing teams - VM store database management (layouts/photos/issue tracking) - VM inventory management and procurement needs
