THIS IS A NATIONAL GUARD TITLE 5 EXCEPTED SERVICE POSITION. This National Guard position is for a COST ACCOUNTANT, Position Description Number T5137P01 and is part of the CO USPFO, National Guard. 1. You will be immediately disqualified if you fail to include your knowledge or experience in your resume. Must have at least 24 months of experience in each of the following: 1. Experience that demonstrates the ability to conduct accounting business in accordance with directives and policies; the ability to study and evaluate the existing internal control systems to determine the level of reliability; and, the skills to determine the appropriate procedures needed to validate system reliability. 2. Experience that used statistical and/or judgmental sampling of financial records and management controls to determine the degree of efficiency, economy, and effectiveness in which the activities discharged their financial responsibilities, and/or to determine that the financial records were maintained in accordance with applicable regulations. 3. Accounting experience that provided knowledge of principles and procedures. ** Incumbent is required to submit a Financial Disclosure Statement, OGE-450, (5CFR Part 2634, Subpart I USOGE, 6/08). Executive Branch Personnel Confidential Financial Disclosure Report upon entering the position and annually, in accordance with DoD Directive 5500-7-R, Joint Ethics Regulation, dated 23 March 2006.
