Responsibilities
- Provide Pre and after-sales maintenance support
- Carry out troubleshooting, basic repairs, rectification, and servicing of AV and IT hardware and software
- Manage preventive and comprehensive maintenance, setup, installation, and commissioning of AV systems and solutions
- Provide on-site and remote technical support
- Support in handling projects
- Provide engineering and application support to the Sales Team

Requirements
- Minimum NITEC/Higher NITEC/Diploma in IT, Electrical, Mechatronics, or Electronics Engineering
- Hardworking, willing to learn, and possess a positive attitude
- Knowledge of AutoCAD is an added advantage
- Able to work independently
- Preferably at least 1 year of relevant working experience
- Ability to communicate in Mandarin with customers and suppliers is preferred
- Monday to Friday, 5 days a week
