Responsibilities

• Contact potential and existing customers through calls, emails, or in-store visits to generate sales opportunities
• Explain product features and benefits clearly to customers to promote sales
• Respond to customer inquiries and resolve concerns professionally to maintain satisfaction
• Process orders, invoices, and sales transactions accurately to ensure smooth operations
• Collaborate with production teams to address customer needs and ensure product satisfaction
• Communicate persuasively to influence customer decisions and drive sales
• Apply negotiation techniques to handle customer objections and close sales effectively
• Use basic computer skills to manage customer data and process transactions efficiently
