Diagnostics Technician

Responsibilities

• Operate hard capsule machines (HCM) to produce capsules for Lonza Greenwood
• Perform quality checks and ensure compliance with safety guidelines
• Troubleshoot basic issues on HCM equipment
• Collect samples at set frequencies and document results accurately
• Maintain housekeeping standards and remove scrap from production areas
• Support team operations and shift flexibility as needed
• Follow all plant policies and Lonza Manufacturing Orders

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED
• Ability to lift, push, and pull up to 50 lbs
• Basic computer skills
• Willingness to work 12-hour shifts, including weekends and holidays
• Strong commitment to safety, quality, and teamwork
• Ability to adapt to changing priorities and shift roles as needed
