As a Market Demand Planner for BeLux , you will be responsible for building the most accurate and realistic market forecasts, acting as a backbone for the business to improve customer satisfaction, drive profitability, and enable a lean end-to-end supply chain. Your Key Responsibilities Demand Forecasting Enrich local forecasts with market insights, focusing on the short-term horizon (0-4 months) Collaborate with sales, marketing, and finance teams to refine forecasts Analyze market volumes and adjust forecasts by channel where necessary Ensure robust demand plans for business unit leadership reviews Track KPIs and drive continuous improvement initiatives Support Portfolio & Product Lifecycle Management with local insights Maintain high-quality historical data to improve predictive analytics Collaboration & Communication Act as the voice of demand within the business unit Work closely with supply chain, production, marketing, and sales teams Lead demand reviews within the S&OP (Sales & Operations Planning) process Communicate forecast changes, risks, and opportunities clearly Coordinate with CoE demand planners on exceptions and major impacts Promotion & Event Planning Integrate promotions, campaigns, and market events into forecasts Measure and analyze uplift from promotional activities About You You bring experience in forecasting, supply chain, and business partnering , along with strong analytical capabilities and expertise in data tools.
