- Deliver accurate, timely reporting and deep-dive analysis to support Sales performance management and dealer growth initiatives
- Influence decisions by providing fact-based, forward-looking insights that identify trends, risks, and emerging opportunities
- Build and maintain reporting frameworks, models, and tools to measure program ROI, dealer profitability, and overall business performance
- Partner cross-functionally with Sales, Product, Pricing, Claims, and Operations to align strategies and drive outcomes
- Lead or support moderately complex analysis initiatives, addressing ambiguous business challenges with structured, data-driven approaches
- Drive process improvements and analytics innovation, enhancing efficiency, transparency, and decision support capabilities
- Key Skills & Qualifications
- Strong financial analysis, forecasting, and modeling skills with the ability to translate complex data into business insights
