Air Freight Operations Officer (Import / East / 5 days including weekend [EL]

About the role

Handle air import operations, including cargo clearance, warehouse activities, and transport coordination Liaise with ground handlers and understand their operational workflows Ensure compliance with Singapore Customs and relevant regulatory requirements Manage service providers involved in cargo terminal clearance, warehouse handling, transportation, and permit submissions Track project shipments from arrival to final delivery and documentation confirmation Ensure cargo safety and security standards are followed based on SOPs and compliance requirements Work closely with Customer Service teams to ensure smooth delivery operations Verify and track operational costs and invoices from service providers Support incident reporting and assist in resolving issues using 8D and corrective action processes We regret only shortlisted candidates will be contacted.
