Responsibilities

  • System Diagnostics and Repair: Diagnose, troubleshoot, and perform corrective and preventive maintenance on complex electrical, mechanical, and process control systems.

  • Inventory Management: Utilize the Maintain X CMMS system to manage and procure essential parts and materials, ensuring proper inventory levels.

  • The role requires significant physical endurance and agility within a manufacturing environment. The candidate must be capable of:
  • Sustained Physical Activity: Standing and walking for extended periods (up to 100% of the workday).
  • Complex Movements: Performing complex physical tasks such as climbing, kneeling, stooping, and reaching for up to 75% of the workday.
  • Lifting: Lifting and exerting force up to 60 pounds occasionally and up to 40 pounds frequently.
  • Dexterity: Using hands and arms to grasp, handle, and manipulate tools and equipment for a majority of the workday.
  • Required Qualifications
  • Education: A High School Diploma or GED is required. A Journeyman certification is highly preferred.
  • Safety Certifications: Proven experience with Lockout/Tagout (LOTO) procedures. o Demonstrated knowledge of Arc Flash safety standards and procedures.
