- PHYSICAL WORKING CONDITIONS

- Plans and implements exercise program as individualized for each client demonstrating competence in section specific techniques, as applicable.
- Organizes work for maximum efficiency. Maintains productivity per department expectations. Takes ownership of daily schedule to maintain effective patient treatment flow. Coordinates schedule with others as needed.
- Maintains and develops competence through required in-service and continuing educational programs. Maintains CE credits as per professional affiliations.
- Participates in education of staff, community, and healthcare professionals (i.e. in-services and community/professional education).
- Documents progress patient has made toward desirable outcomes per departmental policies and guidelines.
