Provide end-to-end functional support for JDE Financial modules, including General Ledger (GL), Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), Fixed Assets (FA), and Expense Management, while analysing current business processes and recommending improvements using JDE 9.2 capabilities such as UX One, CafeOne, and Watchlists. Ensure the system complies with Indian statutory requirements, including GST configuration, TDS processing, and legislative updates, and support finance teams during tax audits and month-end/year-end closing cycles. Lead workshops to gather business requirements, translate them into detailed Functional Design Documents (FDDs), and collaborate with developers on technical designs. Troubleshoot and configure integrations between Financials and other modules (Procurement, Sales, Distribution) and third-party systems via Orchestrator or BSSV, while designing and maintaining User Defined Objects (UDOs) to enhance user productivity. Conduct training sessions, create Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for the knowledge base, and leverage expertise in JDE accounting flow, localized statutory settings, One View Reporting (OVR), BI Publisher, standard financial reports, and hands-on experience with Orchestrator and UDO management. Requirements

• Required Technical and Professional Experience
• 8-10+ Years of JDE functional experience
• Strong knowledge of JD Edwards modules (Finance / SCM / Manufacturing)
• Understanding of end-to-end business processes
• Experience in Functional configuration , Fit-Gap analysis & Business process mapping
• Ability to troubleshoot functional issues and coordinate with technical teams
• Good communication and stakeholder management skills
• Experience in implementation, upgrade, or support projects
• Exposure to JDE EnterpriseOne tools
• Knowledge of integrations and reporting
• Experience in global support / 24x7 environments
• Preferred Technical and Professional Experience
• Master Degree & any relevant certification
