Responsibilities

  • Lead day-to-day D365 Accounting Operations, ensuring accurate , timely , and controlled financial processing across EMEA.

Requirements

  • Proven experience leading accounting operations or shared services teams in complex, multinational environments.
  • Strong knowledge of general accounting, balance sheet reconciliations, and month -end close processes.
  • Experience managing high-volume operations with a focus on financial controls.
  • Working knowledge of ERP systems, ideally Microsoft Dynamics 365 (D365).
  • Track record of driving process improvement, automation, and operational efficiency.
  • Strong stakeholder management skills, partnering with finance leaders and cross-functional teams.
  • Experience maintaining robust internal controls and governance frameworks.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organisational skills with high attention to detail.
  • Demonstrated leadership capability with experience developing and coaching teams.
  • Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field; CPA, CA, ACCA or equivalent preferred.
  • Experience in shared services or finance transformation environments is advantageous .
