Recruiter (Contract)

Requirements

• 3+ years of recruiting experience, with demonstrated success in high-volume hiring environments
• Direct experience recruiting for data center-related roles, including Data Center Technicians, Engineers, Managers, and Chief Engineers
• Strong understanding of data center operations, technical skill sets, and shift-based staffing models
• Proven ability to manage multiple requisitions simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
• Experience using applicant tracking systems and sourcing tools (e.g., LinkedIn Recruiter)
• Excellent communication, organization, and stakeholder management skills

Serverfarm is seeking an experienced High-Volume Recruiter to support rapid hiring across our data center operations. This role will focus on recruiting skilled technical and leadership talent, including Data Center Technicians, Data Center Engineers, Data Center Managers, and Data Center Chief Engineers. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, understands data center operational roles, and can manage a high requisition load while delivering an exceptional candidate and hiring manager experience. This is a 3-month contract position with the potential for contract extension or conversion to full-time employment based on business needs and performance. The listed salary range for this position is an estimate based on the competitive job market. Final compensation will be based on your own individual skills, experience, and location.
