About the role

Operate and monitor production machinery whilst adhering to safety standards Preserve product quality through attention to detail and regular quality testing Work on becoming familiar with various types of machinery Maintain a safe and clean environment for all team members Work collaboratively and make positive contributions to our team culture Maintain positive relationships with customers What you'll need to succeed Previous manufacturing machine operation highly regarded Be willing to work a three week roster with rotating shift times: 8am-4pm, 12am-8am, 4pm-12am Have an excellent attendance record Self-motivated with a great work ethic Have high personal standards and great attention to detail Passionate with regard to quality, safety and customer focus Able to follow standardised work accurately The benefits are good too!
