Responsibilities

  • Perform parts lifing analysis for critical aerospace components , ensuring compliance with safety and certification requirements.

  • Familiarity with finite element analysis (FEA) tools such as ANSYS, Abaqus, or similar .
  • Ability to interpret engineering drawings, material data, and test results .
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills within a safety-critical environment .
  • Required Qualifications:
  • A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering , or equivalent military experience .
  • 5+ years' experience in aerospace stress, lifing, or structural analysis roles .
  • Experience working on gas turbine engines or rotating machinery within a regulated industry.
  • Desirable Skills:
  • Experience with engine certification processes and regulatory standards.
  • Knowledge of materials behaviour at high temperature and creep-fatigue interaction .
  • Familiarity with probabilistic lifing methods and advanced simulation techniques.
