You will maintain the sterile field and address any breaks in technique. You will prepare surgical cases and make sure adequate supplies and instruments are prepared based on the case and patient needs. This role provides a leadership opportunity as you will act as a preceptor and role model for new staff and students by offering guidance in the first assisting role.
