Responsibilities

  • Accurate typing skills and a strong knowledge of PC software programs (particularly Microsoft office, Word and Excel)
  • Language Skills: Must be fluently Bilingual (English and French) both written and verbal in-order to provide services to our customers and communicate with internal stakeholders in both official languages.

As a Bilingual Customer Service Representative New Brunswick Prescription Drug Program (NBPDP) , you communicate with customers by telephone in a knowledgeable and personable manner. You will work in a contact center environment and ensuring call quality, timeliness, availability to the customer and being proactive about providing consistent, reliable customer service experiences. No overnights or weekends! Monday to Friday (37.5 hours/week) 8:00AM to 5:00PM ATL.
