About the role

The Civil Engineer will be responsible for the engineering design and construction oversight of site-specific infrastructure projects such as residential, commercial, industrial, or mixed-use developments. It will be the primary responsibility to take the overall site development plan and translate it into detailed engineering drawings needed for construction. During the construction phase, the engineer will provide oversight and support the implementation of the plans. Design and plan necessary infrastructure such as roads, utilities, drainage systems, and grading. Navigate regulatory requirements and obtain necessary permitting to meet project requirements. Oversee the development engineering design process from conception to completion. Develop cost estimates and prepare and manage budgets.
