Responsibilities
- Prepare and manage M&E work schedules aligned with the project master programme to ensure timely progress
- Coordinate with clients, consultants, and subcontractors to resolve technical and site issues promptly
- Inspect mechanical, electrical, and plumbing (MEP) works before concreting and subsequent construction activities to ensure quality and compliance

- Required competencies and certifications
- Degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering recognised by the Professional Engineers Board (PEB), Singapore
- Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in Electrical/Mechanical engineering projects within Singapore's building and construction industry
- Preferred competencies and qualifications
- Hands-on experience in M&E systems and site coordination demonstrating strong technical knowledge
- Good understanding of M&E details, construction drawings, and local construction practices
- Driving ability is an advantage
