- Introduced to performance management and cost/schedule integration concepts and principles.
- Develops knowledge of scope control and change management.
- Supports project reporting process as required.
- May participate in project cost review meetings.
- Minimum Qualification
- A Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering or Construction Management.
- Experience Requirements
- Minimum of 10+ years' experience in the Planning / Project Controls field is required. Applicants would ideally have worked on major programs in transport.
- Advanced knowledge of ORACLE Primavera P6 Project Management Software.
- Ability to develop, monitor, and control schedules.
- Hands-on working knowledge of WBS coding structure, cost /schedule variance analysis,
- Earned Value Management (EVMS), project trend, contract change and claims.
- Working knowledge of Time Impact Analysis techniques.

Job Summary AECOM is seeking an experienced Planning Engineer for a major Roads and Bridges project located in Dubai. This position will be site based in charge of a package (project) responsible for providing planning and scheduling support and assistance to Project Managers and other Project team members.
