Bookings Administrator Chester Hospital | Permanent | Full Time From £25,038.00 per annum, depending on skills and experience As an Bookings Administrator, you'll bring experience of administration in a complex fast-paced environment, demonstrable call handling skills and excellent IT skills. You will have the ability to provide a professional, courteous, sensitive, and empathetic approach as well as be an enthusiastic, highly motivated, and flexible individual. As our Bookings Administrator, you will: Ensure complex administration and support meets all required standards and timescales Handle all enquires, or queries raised efficiently and effectively, escalating appropriately where necessary Ensure all data/information is entered, modified, maintained and presented accurately and efficiently using the appropriate electronic or manual system and format Liaise with the Theatre Manager, Outpatient Manager, Patient Services Manager and Pre-op Lead to ensure efficient running of the day to day bookings process To succeed as a Bookings Coordinator, you will need: - To be a commercially minded person with drive and plans in place to ensure success. - Be responsible for effective prospecting and managing opportunities throughout the entire bookings process utilising customer and consultant relationships and systems effectively. - To champion the customer experience in the hospital and work with colleagues to deliver a strong customer focused mind-set to bring the best of Nuffield Health to every customer.
