Sales Manager / Business Development Manager

Requirements

• Minimum experience in sales, business development, or F&B industry preferred.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and customer relationship skills.
• Able to work independently and achieve sales targets.
• Experience in food service, catering, or central kitchen industry is an advantage.
• Good knowledge of market development and customer management.

Job Description & Requirements: Job Responsibilities: - Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve company sales targets. - Identify and develop new business opportunities with customers, outlets, and partners. - Manage existing customer accounts and maintain strong business relationships. - Promote company food products and central kitchen services. - Prepare sales proposals, quotations, and negotiate business agreements. - Monitor market trends and customer feedback to improve sales performance. - Coordinate with operations team to ensure smooth fulfilment of customer orders. - Prepare sales reports and update management on business performance. - Lead and guide sales team members to achieve targets. - Perform other duties assigned by management.
