[What the role is] Transform Singapore's Built Environment through Design for Manufacturing and Assembly (DfMA). Join our dynamic team transforming the Built Environment through Design for Manufacturing and Assembly (DfMA). In this role, you'll conduct technical reviews of innovative construction technologies including Mass Engineered Timber, Structural Steel, 3D concrete printing and Advanced Precast Concrete Systems (APCS). You'll engage with project teams to provide expert consultation on efficient DfMA adoption and identify operational needs and use cases for emerging construction technologies. [What you will be working on] This position offers exciting opportunities to contribute to strategic government initiatives and collaborate with key agencies on technical requirements and standards development. You'll work directly with industry leaders to enhance their DfMA capabilities and drive innovation in construction methodologies. Your work will directly impact how our Built Environment grows and develops, making construction smarter, safer, and more productive. [What we are looking for] At least three years of experience working on construction projects, preferably in the capacity of a design consultant or main contractor. A degree in civil and structural engineering. Is resourceful, able to work well independently and in a team; and have a positive mindset. Successful candidates will be offered contract employment.
