Job Description: Assembly Operator, 1st & 3rd Shifts - Dover, NH At Pentair , you will work alongside passionate problem-solvers who are committed to the future of our planet. We have an opportunity for an Assembly Operator to join our Dover, NH team. You will assemble components for carbon filters and will operate equipment used for assembly and packaging. This role requires following detailed SOP instructions and performing assigned tasks to meet quality and production standards. You will: Assemble filter components including gluing and crimping end caps, sonic welding, attaching gaskets, and inserting pleating. Operate assembly equipment to support production and finishing processes. Inspect materials and products such as media, end caps, shrink film, and cartons; report quality concerns. Shrink‑wrap, label, and package individual filters; pack finished units into cartons with correct lot and quantity information. Record production data accurately and follow all SOP, quality, and safety procedures. Assemble and test sub‑assemblies using BOMs, work instructions, and company processes. Maintain work standards including meeting production goals, supporting coworkers, keeping a clean work area, and standing for the full shift Key Qualifications: Ability to safely and successfully perform the essential job functions, including meeting productivity standards Ability to communicate effectively with other employees and departments Ability to carry out assignments to completion within parameters of instructions given, prescribed routines, and standard accepted practices High school diploma or GED preferred Physical requirements are standing, walking, twisting at the waist, lifting, and lowering weights up to 50 pounds Safety shoes are required on the production floor
