Manager, C2O Operations.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a team of Specialists to ensure accurate contract analysis, interpretation and entry into the Global Financial System.
• Oversee the auditing of customer contracts and monitor Salesforce and Finance portal queues to ensure strict adherence to SLAs.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Billing Operations, Sales, and Legal to optimize the contract-to-order lifecycle and resolve complex error trends.
• Monitor and handle suspense transactions. Manage special projects including: application testing, implementation of annual price increases, product migration, Customer data clean up...
• Drive initiatives for process optimization and comprehensive performance reporting.
• What experience you need
• Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or a related discipline.
• Experience: 5+ years of experience in billing, contract management, or financial operations within the financial services sector.
• Communication: Exceptional cross-functional communication skills, with the ability to effectively engage and influence senior leadership and key stakeholders.
• Demonstrated 3 years of leadership experience , with a proven track record of coaching and developing specialists.
• Technical Skills: Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets.
